are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once a secure download link has been programmatically generated or dispatched to your verified email infrastructure.
EXCEPTIONAL REVERSALS:
Refund sequences or transaction reversals will only be evaluated if a verified technical failure occurs within our hosting network, user dashboard deployment system, or cloud delivery infrastructure, preventing access to the digital assets for more than 48 continuous hours from the timestamp of payment processing.

BILLING CYCLES:
Membership subscriptions operate on continuous, automated recurring monthly cycles. This layout encompasses all active platform tiers:

as well as all legacy Inner Circle tiers. You retain full programmatic sovereignty over your subscription layout and may execute a cancellation command at any time via your personal account dashboard or through the integrated Paddle billing interface.
CANCELLATION TIMING:
To prevent the activation and billing of a subsequent operational cycle, a cancellation command must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled renewal timestamp. Cancellations submitted after a cycle has renewed will terminate future billing intervals but will not trigger a retroactive refund for the current active period.

As our official Merchant of Record, Paddle acts as the primary legal entity for all transaction processing, billing inquiries, and operational chargeback management. While Paddle maintains ultimate authority over financial settlements, users are strongly encouraged to route technical delivery anomalies directly to our internal operational desk to prevent unilateral account scaling lockouts.
